How We Choose What Goes Into Every Bottle
Every ingredient in a GMA Warrior product has to answer three questions before it earns a place on the label: Does it work? Is there evidence behind the dose? Is the supplier transparent about sourcing? If any answer is "no," the ingredient doesn't make the cut.
Pharmaceutical-grade actives where it matters. For the actives that do the real work — creatine monohydrate, whey protein isolate, omega-3 concentrates, turmeric extracts — we source pharmaceutical-grade raw materials, not the cheap commodity versions. The difference shows up in bioavailability, purity, and batch-to-batch consistency.
No proprietary blends hiding the doses. We list exact milligram amounts for every active ingredient on our labels. "Proprietary blend" is the supplement industry's favorite trick for hiding underdosed formulas — when you see "Energy Blend: 500mg" without breaking out what's in that 500mg, it's because breaking it out would reveal that the clinically-studied ingredients are dosed at 10% of the effective amount. We don't do this. What's on our label is what's in the bottle.
No banned substances. We test for banned stimulants, steroid precursors, and prohibited substances — including those that sometimes slip into supplement supply chains through contaminated raw materials. If you compete in a tested sport, our products won't cost you your season.
Transparent sourcing. Every raw material supplier has to provide a certificate of analysis. We keep those on file. If there's ever a question about where an ingredient came from, we can trace it back to the lot and the supplier.
