Are GMA Warrior Supplements safe?
Our supplements are manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility and every production batch is third-party lab tested for ingredient identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contamination. Full certification details on our Quality & Ingredients page.
That said, "safe" depends on the individual. We always recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new supplement — especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
Are your products FDA approved?
No dietary supplement is "FDA approved" — the FDA doesn't approve supplements the way it approves prescription drugs. What matters is that our manufacturing facility is FDA-registered, meaning it's subject to federal oversight and inspection. Our products comply with FDA labeling, manufacturing, and safety regulations for dietary supplements.
These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Where are GMA Warrior Supplements made?
Every product is formulated, manufactured, and bottled in the United States. Our supply chain is domestic from raw ingredient sourcing through final packaging.

What's in your supplements? Any artificial ingredients or fillers?
Every active ingredient is listed with its exact milligram dose on the label — no proprietary blends hiding amounts. We don't use artificial dyes (no Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1), banned stimulants (DMAA, DMHA, ephedra), or undisclosed fillers.

Are your products gluten-free, soy-free, or vegan?
It varies by product. Many of our supplements are gluten-free and soy-free, and our Vegan Protein is 100% plant-based. Always check the specific product label — we list every ingredient, every allergen, and every dietary classification on each product page and on the bottle itself.
If you have a specific allergen concern, message our team and we'll confirm for the product you're interested in.
Using Supplements
How do I choose the right supplement for my goals?
Start by identifying what you're trying to support: training performance, recovery, general health, focus, or something else. Our collections are organized by goal:
Sports Nutrition for training and recovery. General Health for daily wellness foundations. Nootropics for focus and mental clarity. Women's Health or Men's Health for specialized needs.
If you're new to supplements, consult your doctor about what makes sense for your specific situation.
Can I take multiple GMA supplements together?
In most cases, yes. Common stacks — protein plus creatine, a multivitamin plus fish oil, recovery plus sleep support — are standard practice and safe when taken as directed.
That said, specific combinations (especially involving stimulants, testosterone support, or anxiety formulas) should be discussed with your doctor before you start. We never recommend mixing supplements without understanding how they interact with each other and with any medications you're taking.
When will I see results?
This depends on the product, your body, your training, and your diet — we can't give you a timeline because results are never the same for two people. Supplements are tools that support your effort, not magic pills.
Consistent use combined with proper nutrition, hydration, and training is what drives outcomes. Some people notice effects within days (pre-workout, focus formulas); others take weeks or months (creatine, collagen, joint support, hormonal balance). Trust the process and the research — not a timeline.
Quality & Lab Testing
Are GMA Warrior Supplements third-party lab tested?
Yes. Every production batch is sent to an independent laboratory before packaging for ingredient identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contamination testing. We keep every batch's certificate of analysis on file.

How do I request a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Message our team through the Contact page and select "Certificate of analysis request" from the subject dropdown. Include the product name and the batch number on your bottle (the batch code is printed on the back label, usually near the expiration date).
We'll email you the matching COA for that specific batch. This is a standing offer — every batch's lab results are on file and we share them with any customer who asks.
Are your products banned-substance tested for competitive athletes?
Yes. We test for banned stimulants, steroid precursors, and prohibited substances during our third-party batch testing. Our products are formulated to be safe for athletes who compete in tested sports.
That said, if you compete in an elite federation with strict testing protocols (USADA, WADA, NSF Certified for Sport), always verify the specific batch COA before competition. Request the COA for your bottle's batch number through the Contact page.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed before 2pm Central on business days ship same-day.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Canada, Mexico, or international destinations.
This lets us guarantee faster delivery, easier returns, and full regulatory compliance on every order. We may expand internationally in the future — subscribe to our email list for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Delivery updates come directly from the carrier as your package moves.
You can also log into your GMA Warrior Supplements account at any time to view current order status, tracking, and full order history.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. For opened or partially-used products, we review returns on a case-by-case basis — if something wasn't right, message us and we'll make it right.

Can I return opened or partially-used supplements?
Yes — but on a case-by-case basis. We're not going to leave you stuck with a product that didn't work for you or that caused an issue.
Message our team through the Contact page, tell us what happened, and we'll figure out the right resolution. Whether that's a refund, exchange, or credit, our goal is that you leave the interaction feeling taken care of.
Accounts & Discounts
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is free and gives you benefits: order history, saved shipping addresses, faster checkout on future orders, and easy order status tracking.
We recommend creating one if you plan to reorder.
How do I apply a promo code or discount?
At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field before completing payment. The discount applies immediately — you'll see the updated total before you pay.
Only one promo code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship?
Subscription orders are not currently available, but we're working on it. For now, the fastest way to reorder is through your account — saved addresses and payment info make checkout quick.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for gyms or trainers?
Yes — we work with select gyms, trainers, and health professionals on wholesale accounts. We vet partners to make sure our products are represented well and used by people who understand what they're selling.
