How We Ship Your Order

Free Standard Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Flat-rate $5.99 on orders under $50. Ships within the contiguous United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery Estimate

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Shipping Details

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM CST are processed the following business day.
  • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products purchased from third-party sellers
  • Damaged items due to misuse or improper storage

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first. Email us at through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
  2. Ship it back. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Refund issued. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll confirm by email.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover everything — return shipping included — and send a replacement or issue a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
